I wanted to thank you for you help with my practice,
your skill and knowledge created accessibility within my
practice which seemed beyond my reach prior to your
guidance.

I want to tell you that I really enjoyed your classes a lot and it made
so much fun. I really must say "ank you", because I needed this
motivation to practice on my own again.
I liked the days in Chiang Mai so much, because I was always full of
positiv energy I got from you. Sometimes after your class I had the
feeling I could wrap my arms around the world.

Yoga Classes

There will be two daily classes in the morning and the afternoon each day.
The classes are mixed levels catering for all levels of experience and ability.
Teacher William draws on a vast experience in different schools of yoga and working with people and has a reputation for coaxing the best out of his students.
It is hoped that the classes in Khao Lak can form a solid introduction to yoga practice and can help those who have already began to further develop themselves. We will aim to cover a wide range of asana encompassing most movements, forward bends, backbends, twists and inversions. Please note it is important to practice on an empty stomach, so for the afternoon class particularly allow two hours to have passed since
your lunch. Wear either loose clothing or swim wear and bring with you a sarong or towel.
