Monday
- Clear soup with carved vegetables with tofu.
- Fried local vegetable with oyster sauce.
- Enjoy Thai mortar with pounding local shrimp paste.
- Fruits and vegetables carving.
- Learn various kinds of seasonal Thai fruits.
Wednesday
- Yellow curry with chicken.
- Fried vegetable with sweet and sour sauce in Southern Thai style.
- Learn and understand the use of Thai herbs and spices.
- Mix and pound Thai curry paste.
- Learn the difference of ingredients in various Thai curry paste.
Friday
- Introduction to Thai fresh market.
- Thai salad.
- Spring roll adapted (Pag Kratong Tong).
- Thai sweet, Gluay Buat Chi (Banana in coconut cream).
- Learn how Thais remove coconut from shell and make coconut milk by hand.
Remark:
- Pick up time at 13.30 pm.
- All ingredients are bought from Bang Niang fresh market before the start of class in the afternoon.
- Dishes to cook can change.
